Work with us
What it is like to work here
A small team, a full building, and equipment that is adequate rather than new. We would rather you knew that before you applied.
Honestly
Before you apply
- Clinics are busy and mornings are relentless. The afternoon is when the paperwork happens.
- Everything is written into one system. If you dislike typing, you will dislike it here.
- Deaths are reviewed and so are near misses. It is not comfortable and it is not optional.
- Salaries are paid on time. That is not universal and we are proud of it.
Training is protected
Thursday afternoon teaching is not cancelled for clinic overflow. It is the first thing a busy hospital drops, so we defend it.
