Mon to Sat, 8am to 6pm0770 500 100. Clinic times, appointments, and anything else.
In person
Tubman Boulevard, SinkorThe main entrance is the one under the canopy. Emergency is to the right, and open all night.
Leave your name and number and the front desk will telephone you back. Ask us to call you back.
Complaints
Telling us we got it wrong
Ask at any desk for the complaints form, or write to the Medical Director. You will get a reply, and the complaint is recorded whether or not you are satisfied with the answer.
- Complaining does not affect your treatment. Nobody is told to be difficult with you.
- If it concerns your care, it goes to the case review meeting.
- You may bring somebody with you to speak on your behalf.
Chest pain, bad bleeding, trouble breathing, a fit, a bad injury, or a child who is limp or will not feed. Come now, or send somebody.
