  • 3The card for any child you are bringing.
  • 4Somebody who can wait with you, if you are unwell.
Do not wait for a clinic day

Chest pain, bad bleeding, trouble breathing, a fit, a bad injury, or a child who is limp or will not feed. Come now, or send somebody.

Where to go

How we work

Nothing about you gets lost between departments

The front desk, the clinic, the ward, the laboratory and the pharmacy all write to the same record. That sounds like an internal matter. It is the difference between being asked your history once and being asked it five times.

  • One chart. Every department writes to it, so your history follows you rather than staying in the room it was taken in.
  • Results reach a person. A laboratory result goes back to the clinician who asked for it, not onto a shelf.
  • We chase you. If you miss an antenatal visit, or a child misses a vaccine, somebody here is given your name.
  • Your medicines are checked. Allergies and interactions are checked before anything is handed to you.
Two hundred beds, one record Wards, theatre, laboratory and pharmacy on the same system since 2024.
