Sinkor Medical Center

Tubman Boulevard, Sinkor

The main hospital. Emergency, maternity, theatre, laboratory, pharmacy, dialysis and all outpatient clinics. The emergency entrance is on the right of the building and is lit all night.

Congo Town Clinic

Old Road, Congo Town

General outpatient, antenatal, and immunisation. No emergency department. From August there is also a Friday afternoon session, 1pm to 5pm.

Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

Getting here

By taxi, and on foot

Ask for the hospital on Tubman Boulevard. Most drivers in Sinkor know it. If you are coming from Congo Town, the shared taxis along Old Road pass the door.

There is parking inside the gate, and it is free.
The main entrance has a ramp. The emergency entrance is level with the road.
If you are bringing somebody who cannot walk, drive to the emergency entrance and ask for a trolley.

One record, both sites A test taken at Congo Town is read at Sinkor the same day.

Do not wait for a clinic day

Chest pain, bad bleeding, trouble breathing, a fit, a bad injury, or a child who is limp or will not feed. Come now, or send somebody.
